With the goal of providing higher quality, more environmentally friendly, and more dynamic services, and to further strengthen the corporate memory of İMES OSB, we have been using the eBA, QDMS, and BEAM programs since 2014. Our company, founded in 1974, is Turkey’s first and leading turnstile manufacturer. We manufacture turnstiles, road blockers, bollards, tire blockers, and barrier products in the Access Technologies field. Özak continues its production in its own facilities, covering 24,000 m² of space, and exports to over 80 countries. Since 2004, Özak has been implementing Quality Management Systems. Due to the rapidly growing company, working with a labor-intensive system caused problems with documentation and information transfer. Manual document tracking led to individual errors. Therefore, we were looking for a solution that could handle the documentation load, provide automatic notifications and reminders, and ease our work. In 2017, we had the opportunity to meet Yön Bilgi Sistemleri. Both Yön Bilgi Sistemleri and Bimser provided strong support during the implementation phase, and we completed the QDMS system installation in a very short time. Thanks to its user-friendly interface, we quickly completed user training and adapted the system. With QDMS, we created a corporate archive, making it easy for users in our domestic and international locations to access information.
